I can't tell you how much this book has changed my life. 10 years ago I was 15 lbs thinner. When I think about it, it is because I followed the principles in this book, I just didn't know it. Since then, I've been on countless diets and exercise regimes and have failed to drop the pounds. After reading this book (which I finished in one weekend), I am confident I can now lose the weight. Yes, her advice may seem commonsense but it just makes sense! And the rule that really hit home is Taste Everything, Eat Nothing, meaning, no food is off-limits. I also like the fact that she includes a 3-week diary of her meals. You will LOVE this book! It's much better than counting calories (which I've been doing for 25 years), fat grams, or carbs.

This book is the BEST diet/health book I have ever read- and I have read quite a few.......It is honest, straightforward, and very chill. It does not stress you out about dieting and not eating this or that and or having to run to the gym 24/7- Bethenny makes me believe that i can be realistically Naturally Thin- I have already seen some results from some of the eating habits I have changed since reading it!! LOVE it.
